The Hakkasan Grid
On Thursday, May 16, Hakkasan Nightclub kicked off Electric Daisy Carnival week with a performance by GRAMMY Award-winning artist, Tiësto. The world-renowned nightlife destination celebrated the unveiling of The Hakkasan Grid – a multi-million dollar, one-of-a-kind ceiling art installation. Guests danced under the 30-foot, 12,000-pound Hakkasan Grid as it created infinite shapes from flowers, cones, waves and more offering a groundbreaking and immersive sensory experience.
The Hakkasan Grid is the largest kinetic light installation in the U.S. and was custom-built specifically for the nightclub. It is the only ceiling of its kind that is pixel-mappable and capable of color mixing, allowing fully-customized images and patterns to flow between triangles seamlessly.
