Q: When do you think we will be open again?

A:  We have temporarily suspended our venue operations until further notice. Please keep checking our website and social media at @hakkasanlv for updates. We look forward to welcoming guests and team members back again as soon as it is safe to do so.

Q: How can I receive a refund?

A:         Due to the unforeseeable ongoing impact of the COVID-19 virus we have temporarily suspended our venue operations until further notice. All tickets and pre-paid table reservations until July 31 have already been refunded automatically. Please allow 5 days for processing.

Please note that we are continuing to monitor the fluid situation very closely. Events after July 31 will be refunded if and when they are affected. If you have purchased a ticket or table, you will receive an automated email and refund should additional events be affected. Our policies on prepaid tables and tickets have not changed and all sales remain final until an event is affected.
